About

Evidence first, then the thing you build with it.

I study how people trust, misread, and collaborate with AI systems, and I design and ship products grounded in that evidence.

In short

I started in design — a Bachelor of Design at OCAD University — and moved toward the questions behind the screens: why people trust what they trust, and how to find out. That led to a Master of Information in Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Toronto (2026), research on AI sycophancy at the COoKIE Lab, and a UX Researcher role with the Government of Ontario, where I work on reporting and services used across the province.

Before government, I did behavioral analysis and A/B testing at Hudson's Bay — SQL, Python, and Power BI. I work in English and Mandarin, and I build what I design: ClearTerms, my most recent product, runs on React, Tailwind, and the Claude API.
